The last four chapters have been about behavior: friction candle-by-candle, what bodies and wicks record, what expansion and acceptance and rejection look like, how structural overlap reveals whether a directional move is healthy or degrading. All of that was about ingredients — the specific observable things happening in front of you at any given moment.
